Feedback is an important part of creating a social campaign. Because feedback helps you determine the flaws of your project that you can improve. Unit 7 taught me the different ways on how to get feedback from your published social media platform. The social media campaign is a hard task especially if you have lots of social media platforms to handle. Monitoring is a crucial part because it will help you see your progress as a social media advocate. Learning about the importance of feedback, and proper ways of monitoring a certain task or project are helpful for me. Not just because of the technical knowledge but also by the behavior taught by experiencing to handle a social campaign, I was taught to be responsible and do things ahead of time.
